In order to not clog up the family blog with all of my stuff, I decided to create a "fitness" blog. Why not right?
Anyway - just gonna jump right in. My goals are to lose 20lbs and tone up. It's slow going and frustrating at times, but I'm trying lol.
Currently I weigh 154 lbs. I am on week 6 of P90X. I'm starting couch to 5K tomorrow on my lunch break. A friend has agreed to run with me. I'm planning to run a 5k on Thanksgiving - the turkey trot. Gotta start somewhere right?
That's it for now.
I plan to update here a couple of times a week to keep me accountable with my workouts, etc.
Congrats on the blog, it always makes me feel more accountable to write it down.
