Ok...I have been thinking about this and now I have at least one purpose for this blog....Gonna post my weekly workout schedule here. I'm planning to post it every Sunday night, but obviously missed this past Sunday lol. So now it's Tuesday and here we go....

Tuesday - yoga X
Wednesday - leg and backs (p90x) at 5am, walk/run on lunch.
Thursday - Kenpo X at 5am
Friday - chest, shoulders, triceps at 5am (p90x), walk/run on lunch
Saturday - Pylo X at 8am
Sunday - Cardio X before church, back and biceps after church.
